notice of potential covid exposure

On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 25, Truman and Cheryl Hiatt were exposed to COVID.   They were not notified of their exposure until Monday, November 29 - AFTER they had attended Sunday morning worship and Sunday School on Sunday, November 28.  They self-quarantined after notification, and, as of Friday, December 3, both Truman and Cheryl are experiencing symptoms of COVID.  Northland leadership recommends that anyone who was in close contact to either Truman or Cheryl on Sunday, November 28 be tested for COVID and be alert to any symptoms of the disease.

  • Operating plan

effective AT MIDNIGHT, NOVEMBER 5, 2021

Per the KC City Council vote of November 4, 2021, masks are no longer required by anyone 18 years old or older for any indoor or outdoor activity.  Masks are required to be worn by children age 17 or younger on school busses or in school.  Children are not required to wear face coverings otherwise.  This ordinance remains in effect until December 5.

For Northland, this means that face coverings are totally optional for everyone.  It is expected that all persons in attendance will respect the individual choices of all others in attendance regarding this issue.
